Refund and Returns Policy

At Acuronix, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Physical Hardware Products

We accept returns on physical hardware within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included materials must be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items showing signs of damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, contact us at mikeohler@acuronix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Digital Products & Software

Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product is defective and cannot be resolved through technical support
  • A duplicate purchase was made by error

To request an exception, contact us at mikeohler@acuronix.com within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mikeohler@acuronix.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at mikeohler@acuronix.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads and software license keys
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
